Focusing on the systems-psychodynamic approach, we provide (leadership, executive and change management) coaching solutions in four formats: ad-hoc, individual, group or team or couple and corporate. Ad-hoc and individual coaching can address any of the following challenges: new insights or perspectives, assist with clarity or changes, new directions, and more. Coaching with individuals focuses on three things: the person, the role and the organizations or systems at play.
Group or team and corporate coaching will embrace an experiential approach. This experiential approach allows everyone to feel at ease and step into the here and now while approaching the elephant in the room (what's holding us back).
In coaching experiences, we create a psychologically safe space that allows our coaching clients and coachees to explore and dive deep into what may lie beneath the surface at work and in life.
